If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hour notice. Please leave a message on our answering machine if you call after hours.

We welcome new patients!

In order to open your pet's medical file please download and fill out the Pet Medical History PDF and New Client Information PDF.

Please Email them to Foxridgevet@yahoo.com prior to the appointment.

Please have your pets medical history Emailed to us at least 3 days prior to the appointment . Please Email to foxridgevet@yahoo.com

Also bring a list of all the medications and supplements your pet is currently taking with you to the appointment.
