This exam does NOT include prescription or non-prescription medications, retail items, lab testing, acupunture exams or acupuncture treatments,  other services or items as recommended by our Vet to improve or maintain your pet's health.

 

This offer is limited to ONE dog or cat per household and the pet parent must be over 18 yrs of age.
